Amanda Brugel

Pointe Claire resides in a uninhabited area of Montreal Island, which is known as West Island. In the 20+ years that followed, Brugel has been offered roles in more than 60 productions across both small and large screens. She attracted the most attention when she landed the role as Rita in the award-winning show The Handmaid's Tale (pictured below). Brugel is the only Canadian actor in the season 1 which was viewed only on occasion.
